Not possible to paste either my account number, or my password. This means I’m not able to choose a super-secure password, because I’m limited to something short enough to type in every time. One star.

Terrible App
Have been paying my daughters braces via DentiCare for past year and a half. Would be nice if the app actually worked. My name, email and account details are all correct however the app keeps telling me they’re not ….. I can’t even create an account.
Always logs me out!!
Why does this app constantly log me out? So annoying that I have to log in every. single. time. I want to use the app! Ridiculous!
Does not work if you have a hyphen in your name :(
The app will not let me register, it says ‘incorrect format’ because my name has a hyphen in it, but I can’t register without the hyphen as it doesn’t match my registered plan. Is there any chance you can fix this please?

The new update has improved this app.
Easy to use and manage the payments which is its purpose. Very happy with the update.
Dodgy company
I can accept a late fee but this company is ruthless. For example, a late payment was made with the required late fee. An additional $22.00 was attached as a “reprocessing fee”. Then an extra $38.00 reprocessing fee plus a mysterious $3.50 with another outrageous $16.50 reprocessing fee! Crazy greedy and immoral.
Also early on I paid manually and didn’t update the automatic payment information so would constantly get voicemail harassment. I decided to ring the company and explained to the lady I was paying manually ie THE ACCOUNT IS BEING PAID and did not think it was right to get a late fee when it wasn’t late.
Also the company changed its bank details last year and when money was taken out of my account by a mysterious entity I contacted the bank to cancel my card as it looked like fraud.
I then got calls from real people demanding I contact the bank and explain that it’s them. I told the fellow that how do I know that YOU are not a fraud and he scoffed at me. At this time I was bedbound recovering from a bypass which I explained and sure enough while sick and bedridden, the voicemail calls started up again.
Horrible
This app is impossible to use, glitches when I open it and won’t let me register for an account despite using the correct email - I have been getting emails from DentiCare for the last year since starting with them, so I know it is correct. This is the same email I gave them and that they have on record. The customer service is awful, I called up to make a payment over the phone and also asked for help setting up the app as it wasn’t letting me log in, after processing the payment she said that there were people waiting on hold so she wouldn’t help me with the app, and that I would have to call back again despite having already waited on hold for half an hour. She wanted me to wait on hold a second time instead of helping me??? They constantly leave me voicemails using the wrong first name, despite my email records showing they have the correct name for me on my payment plan. Overall has just been a horrible, stressful and unpleasant experience.
Can’t make a payment
App won’t let me make an extra payment, I need to login every time I open it , even have set up that Face ID , when finally login I select make a payment and app just shuts down.
Bad
Pretty awful and so is the company. They’ve been charging me an extra 6 dollars without making it clear on the app. So, I make sure I have the 335.25 in my account only for it to dishonour and they take more money from me. Nice move guys. Not dodgy at all…
Penalties for paying early
I made a $600 payment and got charged $10 for doing so.! What a rip off ! Trying to get ahead and get it paid off yet you penalise me for doing so
