A great application
It's a great application to get information about the bus and the ride time, could be better it if the application will send you a notification when you have to leave your place to get your ride at time.

It’s accurate within a minute or 2 so it’s in the winter
It works well but is a complete, shameless ripoff of the Transit app. I would suggest coming up with your own UI. I don’t like to see people stealing others’ design and asking to be paid for it.
Cannot navigate.
Why are the trains running so slow on the track I’ve been taking the C train for years and now that it’s been cancelled, the E and D trains creap at best on the tracks. Horrible service, E train service is pathetic
Live bus tracking technology has been around for at least 10 years. And RTD still cant seem to figure it out. Signed, Another dissatisfied tax payer
In the past six months the trains have started never being on time. I've been standing on the platform for 50 minutes for a train listed as coming every 15, and there is no notice of delay or anything. Then when the train does come it rolls along at 10mph because the tracks are damaged but not a priority to be fixed. Delays/issues when posted are not easy to find in order to plan your trip, and not updated enough to be worth it. Just use ride share instead.
I couldn’t put in a bus route stop and get directions of how to get there. And the timing system is very confusing Not only are the bus lines difficult, but the app said there was a disruption to service on the R-line and that there would be shuttle service instead but there isn’t and the train is running. It also doesn’t specify what to look for for the shuttle if there was one.. very frustrating as a commuter when the train doors stay open for less than 30 seconds.
Unsurprisingly the app is as user unfriendly as using the bus or train.
The live feed for buses doesn’t work half the time. It almost never works for trains. The trip planner is the worst. Gives me incorrect or misleading routes all the time. It just told me to take a bus that doesn’t even exist. Now I have to spend $20 on an Uber just to get somewhere on time.
