DeoDap DropShipping Wholesale

Do not buy anything from Deodap. They're only interested in making money. There is no customer support. If you call the customer support they will not answer your call on the spot. Instead they will call you next day. I went to buy a thermal printer from their offline store. They charge 300₹ extra for the same product available online on Deodap. The sales guy there said don't buy anything online there is no guarantee that you will receive product in working condition and said no one will answer from customer care. I complaint to Deodap about their offline store but they are not interested in taking any action against them. So if you don't want to loose your money don't buy even a single rupee item from them.

Deodap doesn’t have an option to change the address if you place an order to incorrect address. Neither they cancel your order nor change the address. Which means your money is gone. Be it 5 rs or 5000 rs. Only place orders through reputed companies like Flipkart, Amazon.

Once you order, you are on the mercy of deo dap executive. Their customer support is pathetic (over phone as well as over email), even for damaged product delivery they don’t even accept it is issue from their end. Also later I noticed there is no such return policy. I regret I tried new platform like deodap.

They short-ship your items, for a follow up, no one will be available, your money will be gone!

I ordered products 15days above still not getting any product delivered and they don’t respond any call or mail I raise complaint now they are mailed me telling 7days product will deliver don’t order any product from here

This is totally a fraud website and app. Do not use this for shopping, low quality products and no services provided for the customers first, they will send you good products. Whenever you order, second time, they will not send you high value items, and then their customer support will not address your complaint they have done fraud with many guys be aware of this fraud application
