Tired of having to re-enter zip code, login info, selecting me only in the same session. Is there a way to cache this information so that users do not have to start over from the beginning of the app when the user hasn’t even closed the app? What’s the point of the “remember me” selection of this isn’t done? And I don’t know if the appointment times are asynchronous with what the staff may have on their end, but most times there are more available times when I call vs what’s online. Thank you.

Nor can I see my history! What’s the point of an app?

I log in - won’t show my purchased wax pass in wallet, says I have no previous appointments (I have many), no ability for check-ins to get free service after 10 appts. I could go on & on...

I found an add on Instagram that stated, to book an appointment and that the first service is free. I looked at the services offered and chose the Brazilian Wax. I’ve never gotten it done until today. I scheduled my appointment for 10:00 and thought to myself. I don’t know if I should go or not because I was scared. I decided to woman up and just go. I arrived at 10:04 and walked in to a very nice, clean and upscale place with an amazing receptionist. She welcomed me and told me where the restroom was, just Incase I needed to go. She also offered me a complimentary beverage. I chose a water. A beautiful lady came out and welcomed me in and told me that her name was Lexus, and she asked if I was ready to come on back. I followed her back to her room and it was really nice and clean. It also smelled great. She than began to tell me what to do next and made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous and expected pain pain pain pain pain but I didn’t get pain. She was so gentle and comforting. We talked the entire time and before I knew it, I was done. Yaaaaay. I feel so sexy and happy with service here so I booked my next appointment 4 weeks out from today. I’m happy and thank you so much Lexus❤️ you are the absolute best. - See you next month Queen 👑
