DeposZip Mobile

My company pays me via paper checks so i need deposit my checks. I deposited my check thursday afternoon. Now its monday morning i still have not recieved the funds from my check. App states its fast and safe. Its not fast at all especially having to wait up to 5 days at least to get my money. I would not recommand this app or any mobile deposit apps if you want your funds next day. Go cash it.

I never had a problem until my iOS update. Now I cant use the mobile deposit and that it super inconvenient. Guess we’ve all gotten so used to this convenience..: please do something to fix this!

I think there might be some discrepancy on ease of use based on bank. I found it easy and intuitive, though I believe it’s probably way harder for some folks. I have 1stuscu- try it? :)

It doesn’t even work !!!!!

I downloaded this Application based on instruction from my Financial Institutions web application, and the functionality and application don't work as stated in the Apple App Store. I have submitted numerous reviews for other applications including this one that fail to maintain proper instructions for use, Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, Accessibility's just to name a few. Writing to the Development Team's is basically Pointless as they only seem to send canned Automated Responses that never actually resolve reported issues. This seems like a huge game or joke to cause frustration to the App User Community and subject people to YOUR CONTROL!

I saw a great review here that refers us to go into settings for the app and simply turn off the two instructions for check images pop-ups to get it working well again. Apple’s latest update screwed it up.

This app used to work perfectly but, after the latest IOS update, not so much. Like other reviewers I couldn’t get past the instructions page. I finally figured out that I needed to change the DeposZip app settings. Click the Settings icon on your iphone and scroll down to the DeposZip app. Hit the > button and on the next screen uncheck the boxes that say ‘Show Front Instructions’ and ‘Show Back Instructions’. Reboot your phone and sign back in to your bank’s mobile deposit app. You should then be able to take the front and back pictures of your check. It still took me several tries to get the camera/app to accept my pictures but at least I was able to get past the instructions and was ultimately able to make my mobile deposit.

Can’t even take a front view photo. Says press continue after tips, but there is no option at all. And it forces my phone into landscape mode. Too many glitches for such a simple application. Please fix urgently. Wish my bank changed there developers.

I’ve used the app three times. Pre ios 13 on a X model with no issue. Post iOS 13 the instructions screen did freeze but you can modify the app settings to disable the instructions screen so that you can proceed to capturing pictures of the check.

Now I get stuck on the back picture. No matter how I adjust it I automatically receive a message telling me to endorse my check. And the screen with that message doesn’t disappear. I have to close it out then try again but get stuck. Horrible app
