A great tool for tracking mental health
Ever since 2019 I have been regularly using this app to take the PHQ-9 test and to journal. Scoring high on the test was the thing that made me seek an official diagnosis, and even in therapy I’ve been able to show my therapist the results history for a better understanding of where I’m at and how I’m doing; and what specific struggles need attention in sessions. The option of adding journaling to test results is really helpful for keeping track of the reasons behind changes/severity in your depression. Overall, Depression Test is an app I really appreciate :)
Have a question.
I find the app useful, but I have a question. I don’t take the test over the last two weeks, I take the test earlier. Is that a good thing?
