Deribit: BTC Options & Futures

The app often loses its session and forced to re login mid use when using from Asia. I’m not in a. Third world country and have constant 5g connection in Hong Kong. Would be nice if this could be addressed. It’s annoying to often re login with 2FA

Apple app scan code login and key login can not enter, I like your exchange very much, I hope to do it well, because the web version is very troublesome, please do the app well, thank you

The app does not support the exchange. The options are too limited. You can’t search coin pairs. You have to scroll thru all of them. It is only usefull to see if your position is still live.

No push notifications on trades/fills

No push notifications on fills or tp hit

So I thought I will do my KYC and all goes good up to the point of verifying the address. I gave them bank statements of three different banks because everytime they said it wasn’t sufficient and at the third attempt getting a failed status I decided to leave it because either they need glasses, don’t know how to read or are just ignorant and arrogant. I mean three different bank statements with my address??? Get a grip mate. So no business from me for Deribit. When they learned how to read a document it have checked their eyes they can give me a ring.

Love the platform and the app. Mean and lean and all the clutter is removed! But why are there no push notifications??? I like to receive a notification on fills or sells… Why is this? Will this come in the near future??

The new mobile app design is elegant and sleek, it feels intuitive to use and makes trading options a bit easier as seen when going through the options chain. Would like to add that the links to different documentation such as the knowledge base was also a nice touch and the leaderboards in terms of winners and losers also adds a great element into the page. Overall if you like futures and options this app is wonderful to use.
