They stole my money
I decided to fund my account 100,00 naira, only to discover that the money was refunded and only half of the money was refunded (40,00). I have contacted customer care but they refuse to fix my issue. For real I started hating this broker.

Function
Deriv does not follow the stop loss whenever I set an order, I have lost more than I planed on loosing, for example I placed a $5 stop loss and it ended up taking $9 after hitting the stop loss And also when I place a pending order, it doesn’t make and entry at the price I placed
Angry user
The owner of the app are scammers. They will only hunt your Stop Loss no matter how good you’re. Stay far away from them.
Where can I login my gmail to to receive password
Bad internet connection during trading is very bad risk.
Please reset your internet connection on the app platform to standard so that traders can monitor and exit trades without stressing . The app connection needs updating. Provide quality over quantity!
App not responding
I’ve been trying to open this software since I installed it, but it has been an effort in futility. Any solution?

Please Deriv I don’t know why my account was suspended and my deposit hasn’t been funded, I have tried to use the customer service but it didn’t give me a positive feedback… pls I would be glad if you look into my issue thank you.
They refused to verify my proof of identity after verifying my ID using my international passport.
You people are soo unserious, stupid and frustrating. To make a deposit and withdrawal is thug of war. Customer service is 0/100% . I’m extremely disappointed in you people
