DeSal Lite+

Falcon Eyes F7 does not appear to be supported in this DeSal Lite + app. I have tried and tried. In addition the F II is not supported in the first DeSal lite app.

Apparently your data base on either phone number or email account is screwed up, when I put that in to register it tells me my phone number or email address is not right!! I do think I know my own phone number and email address!! Obviously you have a problem!!!!!!

Why would I need to give my phone number or email to be able to control a light. If the company was hoping to make sure no one ever wanted to use this app, they seem to be doing a great job.

Having to create an account with my email or phone number was bothersome enough. After all of that the app doesn’t work. I am using the F7 mini’s and it does not connect with them. I downloaded this app in hopes to have more control over the lights, like setting timing and creating effects. I like the lights but I along with others need more control and better customer service.

Forces you to divulge your phone number and email! No thanks. I’m not providing personal information to a random Chinese company. FalconEyes should be ashamed of themselves for requiring this. Returning LED lights as well. Rather do business with a legitimate company.
