hi there i have now tried numerous times to use this machine there are no or limited instructions after spending hours on figuring out how to create a design it will not print loading it on my computer doesnt seem to work unless i am willing to pay for a subsription which i am not as i m trying to figure it out for a retirement home so they might enjoy what i thought would be a fun activity do not advertise as easy to use as it is not
