Does what it says on the tin
I was embarking on the long-winded process of using a spreadsheet to create series and parallel value tables, but even then they would be tedious to use, having to pick out near matches and work out which is the closest, then I decided to see whether there was an app. And there is – this is it! Invaluable to analogue electronics design: plug in the value you need and the app lists the closest parallel and series resistance pairs and their percentage error. Clearly produced by somebody who's been in that position. Thanks... But not 5 stars. A couple of improvements I request: 1. Make it work split-screen on iPad. 2. Enable results to be selectively copied-and pasted.
