2023-09-01: apply for credit card webview shows “please wait” and a forever spinner that gets nowhere. Please make a better app with more native features, not webviews.
Tap and hold to deposit? Against usability, accessibility. I’m glad Interac got a much needed overhaul, but this Tap and hold to deposit if the most inconvenient thing you could think of. I put it on the same page as « draw a smile to deposit, draw a sad face to cancel ». — We’re in 2022. This app just uses webviews all the way, making the experience as painful as possible. You lose access to the menu as soon as you enter an account, you have popups/modals that lack proper margin and padding… IT’S 2022! Really pains me to have this app besides RBC’s, Chase’s or any other decent bank. At least 5-6 page redirects when you want to see your home insurance contract, for a 5-10 seconds wait.

Très irritant, maintenant à chaque chèque déposé on me demande de retourner le chèque alors qu’il est déjà du bon côté et en excellente condition. Si j’en avais un seul il n’y aurait pas de problème mais le faire annuel 10-15 fois d’affilé je m’en passerais

Depuis la dernière mise à jour
Bonjour,
Depuis la derniere mise à jour, un message encadré bleu encombrant m’empêche de voir mes dernières transactions d’un seul coup d’oeil. Impossible de le faire disparaitre, il n’y a aucun ‘x’ visible afin de fermer cette boîte, qui prend tout l’espace et m’oblige à défiler en bas (scroll down) à chaque utilisation de l’application.
Historique : cette information affichée dans le carré bleu existe depuis 1999 et je l’ai vu pour la première fois lors de la mise à jour de l’app.
Etapes suivies :
J’ai appelé l’équipe technique Accès D par telephone.
Ne pouvant pas m’aider, ils m’ont transféré à ma caisse Desjardins.
Les gens de ma caisse ne pouvant m’aider, m’ont suggéré de rappeler l’equipe technique Acces D.
Bref, personne ne semble pouvoir résoudre le probleme. Svp m’aider à regler ceci. Merci.

Pourquoi quand je n’utilise pas l’application pendant 4 jours ils faut que je entre toujours le nom numéro de ma carte même si j’avais choisi l’option mémoriser auparavant c’est vraiment pitoyable cette application.

Desjardins ca bug tout le temps pas moyen de faire des transferts sans que sa bug , souvent en panne,etc.
