Desk Remote Control is a small utility application that lets you easily control your height adjustable standing desk right from your iPhone. Just say "Hey Siri, move my desk" or "Hey Siri, move the desk to the sit/stand/fav position". Easily switch between sit, stand and fav positions by simply pressing one button. No need to press and hold the key on the desk. Please see the list of supported bluetooth desks for details.

Pricing is insane

$2/mo or $20 permanent? And it appears you can only have 3 saved positions. App works great but it isn't worth that kind of money when there are free alternatives that work just as well. I cannot speak to the Siri support, as I did not try it.

Works great with DPG1C

I updated my controller with the DPG1C and the app works great. This is the only app I found so far that is most smooth with Siri Shortcuts. I use NFC tags to control my desk.

The only thing missing when I bought this desk...

I've spent countless hours trying to use the various "hacky" workarounds for controlling my Ikea Idasen desk through my Mac. This app literally worked seconds after installing, no funny business, no coding, etc. I'm both amazed and upset I didn't find this sooner. Thank you!

Works as promised

Desk Remote Control does exactly what it claims to. I have an IKEA IDÅSEN sit/stand desk. I was able to pair the app with the desk, and adjust the desk up and down. Additionally, the presets which I had previously saved to the desk (using the Linak iOS app) were present and usable. You could probably use NSLocaleUsesMetricSystem to localize the desk heights for those of us who are unlucky enough to live in countries that use Imperial units.
