Desklight is an app designed to help you stay healthy while working at your desk. While you're trying to concentrate on your work, it can be hard to remember to get up from time to time. Desklight aims to be a flexible timer that doesn't nag you, but adapts to you.

- Set your individual durations for focus, break and extension phases
- Start a session that can consist of several focus and break phases
- Desklight never switches between focus and break phases without asking you and waiting for your confirmation. If you are deeply focused, you can simply ignore the notification and only look at your phone again when you are ready. Meanwhile, Desklight counts the additional time that has passed.
