The apps map is incorrect and hard to use and it has a permanent notification

Keeps crashing whenever I try to put my credit card

Dose not work and we need something like this badly since we don’t have Uber in the country

Don’t link credit cards for auto payment

Works 3 times out of 10, works great when it does. Prefer to use app than calling though.

Have tried over a dozen times to enter my address, and the app is not accepting - seems to be frozen. Thought this might be an alternative to phoning, and waiting an hour for a taxi.

App doesn’t work most of the time. Allows ASAP bookings intermittently if you persist and keep trying to book. “Bookings not able to be made at this time” Does not allow bookings to be made ahead of time. Does not accurately find location and taxi is sent to wrong place. Better off deleting the app and phoning the lovely staff.
