The app is supposed to hold all essential information for my trip including pre booked trips, hotel information etc. Whenever they push an update to the app, all my personal data gets lost and I have to download it again. Not a smart concept, when you are travelling with limited internet access. Today I left the hotel to find out, while I was under way, that all relevant information for the day is gone with me being in the middle of nowhere - great! Back in the hotel it tells me that the max. number of devices the data can be downloded to is exceeded. Impossible, unless s/one else hacked into my account, while I was out... Instead of fixing minor bugs, the developers should update their app so it is able to properly deal with background updates without Loosin personal Data.
