Good and bad

I think the app itself can be useful in terms of ease of use, but the fact that certain (imo) mandatory features are hidden behind a paywall takes away from the casual user who only wants to make simple edits that one can even do on a FREE site already. The app itself is also hilariously unoptimised. This may be an apple issue, but after making 5 very simple images the “data” (cache) used was almost 30gb, this is insane. Could be great with some changes, but I’d hazard a guess that there are better options out there, especially if you are prepared to pay. I don’t think this developer is particularly invested anymore.

Major bugs still

There seems to still be major bugs in both the app and web app! All the time items will clip themselves and repositioning results in images randomly disappearing as they go off canvas with no ability to pull them back. I had paid for a premium subscription to access more features and cannot get a refund as this software is unusable.

Pathetic service

After numerous complaints the app still failed to upload even one post of mine. I opted for the 7 day free trial. The whole 7 days was used in trying to sort out my problem. Excuses such as the app needs updating on my end. And then asking me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then the whole year’s subscription fee was taken from my bank (as you are asked to add bank details when signing up to the free trial). When I asked them to cancel my subscription they said Apple deals with the subscriptions. My Apple settings showed that no subscription was set up but still money was taken out of my account.

Genuinely unusable

What is the problem with the text box??? You can’t close it so it remains on top of your design and you’re unable to click anything underneath it. Heaven forbid you have to write a large block of text, because it covers the entire screen and the only way to get back is to close the app or delete everything. How can such a pivotal feature be so badly overlooked?

Doesn’t save your work

I’ve lost a whole hour’s worth of work due to the app not saving properly. I’ve tried to go to the version history of the project, but the 2 pages that have saved are just duplicates of each other. Very disappointing.

The project lost suddenly

It was good at the beginning, but then when I exit the editing, my whole project just got lost suddenly and can't find it anywhere

Has great potential

Great app, but after 2 days i have to delete and reinstall and the app crashes. Please update!

IOS 15

This app doesn't work with IOS 15, needs fixing!

Fix it

I was trying to make a book cover and it kept throwing me off every time I tried to add anything. I ended up deleting it as I grew annoyed and tired of getting thrown off at the same point every time. I deleted after a while of trying.

Doesn’t let me open the app

Used to love this app but now it doesn’t even let me open it! It just crashes and closes back down
