Добрый день. Я оплатила приложение, но скачать его не получается. В чём проблема?

Запрещённые продукты в рецептах
Приложение интересное и местами удобное. НО... в списке запрещённых продуктов указаны Яйца. И в тоже время 90% рецептов завтрака с яйцами. Сразу вызывает подозрение что автор сам никогда детокс не практикует и просто скопировал откуда-то текст и красиво оформил. :( Плюс не оптимизировано под новые устройства. Ещё момент в рецептах - например, указано «1 манго»... Манго понятие растяжимые, есть желтый, есть зелёный и веч у плода может очень сильно разнится от 500 до 200 грамм. Это конечно мелочь, но тоже не совсем доведено до ума получается.
Нет рецептов.
Сегодня купила приложение, а там нет ни одного рецепта. Ни в одной категории: ни в завтраках, ни в десертах, ни в напитках и т.д.
КИДАЮТ НА ДЕНЬГИ!!!
Написано, что стоит приложение 29₽. Мол скидка временная. Сняли 149₽. Замечательная скидка, так держать!
Где Рецепты?
Некоторое время не пользовалась программой, сегодня открыла, а там пусто.. Вообще ни одного рецепта!!! Что делать?
В рецептах запрещённые продукты
В самом же приложении указано, что картофель запрещён в период детокса, а среди рецептов встречаются блюда с картофелем...это первое, что бросилось в глаза, возможно в рецептах встречается и другая «запрещенка» 😒

Горе-Беда программа
Давно скачала эту программу и успешно ей пользовалась, а сейчас все Рецепты пропали 😒открываю любую вкладку, а она пустая

Куда-то вдруг делись все Рецепты 😐 пусто в этом разделе
Списали 118р вместо заявленных 29 р
Печально и неприятно. Стоимость программы заявлена 29 рублей, а списывается 118 руб. Почему?
