Too too much delay in banking app.
The transactions are not updated real time. The transfer of money takes time. So very slow in 2024.

Great option to have this on mobile, easy to use, secure, gives good analysis of the Cashflow

Have the latest ios 17 version on iPhone 14 Pro Max, Just crashed on loading always since last update.

Having great time on this app with easy of doing all the banking benefits from the comfort of home, really a very stable app
App Too slow
App Doesn’t open for over 80% of the time... need to keep trying to open for every transaction... I am pretty sure that there is no issue with phone or net as other bank apps work very fast, also I use iPhone 11 with super fast WiFi... I didn’t have a choice as my company has mandated to use this bank, otherwise I would have closed my account here

Unable to understand the detail asked in login page
Student blocked accounts.
I am a student studying in Germany. I have a blocked account made in DB. Everything works great. The apple pay is awesome. However, I just dont see the total amount that is unblocked. I see the whole amount that is blocked. It would really help to manage finances per month if DB app shows the total amount that is unlocked and can be accessible for that month. Sparkasse has that feature. To check the remaining amount for that month I have to go to DB bank every time which is redundant. So please fix it.
