There's shown a connection but no sounds appearing !? Actually they sounds good but please fix how smooth its connection!

Great earbuds, decent app. Can’t save customised EQ.
I’m using the Gemini gen 1. It's such a good pair of earbuds. The software also is good, which many manufacturers fail to do so. However, I do not understand why the app does NOT allow us to save the EQ (if I’m wrong, I’m sorry. Please enlighten me). Ability to save customised EQ would make this app perfect. That’s why I deduct 1 star.
