It only showed our router and 1 phone (mine)and asked for money to show other 18 devices. It took the money but hasn’t found any phones or laptops while we are a big family and lots of devices. Just mystery IP addresses. There are free apps that show more info.

They give you no option to cancel and don’t tell you that you have to have WiFi until after you pay. Which was supposed to be a free trial anyway
It only list ip addresses, the most fundamental feature for every scanner available- including many available for $0.

I have the worst neighbors!! Relentless! My phone was hacked, I changed my email, then my phone, then my Wi-Fi password, then I switched to IPhone and new iPhone account with security from Best Buy…Some people need to get jobs lol! But I have heard great things from a GF and I’m excited. At least I can be hopeful tonight.
