Great app, extremely customisable, responses from their support team is super quick and helpful.
Could make this much better
This app is very good just one comment is why is it you can only upload 1 photo at a time make it so you can add up to 10 pictures that would make the app perfect 10/10
Don’t get it
Tells you it’s free and doesn’t say anything about in app purchases but then you have to go to another site and pay to subscribe. Very misleading!
Phishing emails and text messages after sign up
Within a couple of hours of downloading I had received phishing text messages re my iCloud account and then the next emails the next day.
Light when scanning barcode
Since last update, I cannot switch on the light on my iPhone 6 whilst scanning a barcode. Am I the only one?

Great!
I've spent hours looking for an app that will allow me to log faults on a customer machine to a google spreadsheet. This app combined with the website has allowed me to design my own submission form with the exact data I need. My team can all access the form and report any issues they are having and it's all getting sent to the customer who's sat at his desk. Very good app. Thank you.
Easy and works
Great system and very easy to set up. I use it to take orders in a nightclub and makes life so much Easier. Ok I had to wait a few days for it to support ios6 but now it's running its great

Does all the stuff I want it to do effectively, amazingly fast, both in form updates and google docs sync. I wonder if in later updates they'll allow for data to be retrieved from the google docs spreadsheet and view it on the form. Great nonetheless.
