App is awful

The developers/dewalt need to fix the app. So many bugs/glitches. Pointless using it with the radio/speaker.

Awful

This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. There’s no point me listing all the floors, just scroll down and you’ll see all the things wrong with it dating back to the start of the launch. Would not recommend.

App hasn't been updates in years

The app has not been updated in years. It has worked in the past, but now can't check for firmware updates (which are definitely needed as bluetooth connection has started going dodgy).

Connection is crap

Had the radio for two days now. Turn it on, phone connects as it should. Five minutes later, it’s disconnected, and the radio is invisible to my iphone. Won’t connect through Bluetooth or if I turn the radio off and on again. Sounds great though.

The app is very slow everything seems to take a few seconds from when you press it on the app to getting a response

Toughsystem sound centre radio does not find device

The newer toughsystem dwat1-75663 the app does not find any device so you’re not able to change radio channels remotely or use the app at all you can use your phone Bluetooth for music on your phone but not the radio side of the system which is what I wanted it for. Had to delete app if it’s not able to find my device when searching.

Either won’t see the radio or the app won’t load surly the app developers can see the bad reviews and clearly have no intentions of sorting this out

Great Idea

Good idea but worst app I have ever ever seen. Constantly looses connection even when radio is playing. If smart device goes to screen off then that's it. Have to switch radio off and reconnect app at same time. Surely with the amount of really negative reviews DEWALT would do something with the app. I have even emailed DEWALT 3 times about the app, but that like the app is a complete waste off time.

Utter rubbish

Few words to say app is crap, goodness know what country it was made for. my deWalt tough system radio doesn’t connect to App,Googled this and everyone saying the same thing.

Tough 2.0

Will not connect to new tough 2.0 must be a problem with the app as phone connects no problem with other music
