Kind of useless if it doesn’t work right?

On an IPhone 13 mini. You cannot access the menu button therefore you can’t get information like receipts.

Password resets do not work. Updating or deleting credit cards do not work. Love being able to set up reservations and breeze through but anything further is not possible as the app does not follow development standards.

There is no month when this application doesn’t crash and impedes getting a reservation properly. DFW shoud change app vendors.

Basic functionality for choosing your reservation time doesn’t work. Impossible to use the app to book a new reservation. Disappointing that the fundamental purpose of this app doesn’t work and that the developers would roll this out without even the basic functions working. With the terrible reviews, one would hope that a big fix would be released but...

Doesn’t matter if I reset password via the app, the web browser or by the customer service phone line having them reset it for me... no password is recognized when I try to login. Not even the one just successfully reset. I used to make reservations all the time now I can’t because I can’t login. Even the “get support” button on the App Store page ironically links to a broken page. Is this app even legit anymore??

Unable to create reservation after updating to this version. Error message says to complete all required fields, even though all required fields are complete. Need to fix and release a patch.

This may be one of the single worst apps out there. I get into the app 1 out of every 5 times to either review current reservations or make new ones. It’s equally as difficult to navigate online.

Last update was 2 years ago?! Probably explains the internal 420 error I keep getting when trying to make a reservation.

I pay too much to use their valet services to deal with such a horrible app experience. Thinking about using another airport Valet service.
