Awful company
Had to delete th app after i was charged for a journey i wasn't in! Awful customer service they wasn't helpful with my complaint! Taxis always struggle to find pick up locations they are constantly ringing you asking where you are . Terrible service.
Great service
Had booked my taxi via the App the night before to take me to hospital for an operation. I had to get there earlier than planned after a call from the hospital on the day . DG made it really easy to change the time and the taxi was there really quickly. The driver was really friendly and we chatted all the way to the hospital about something we both love ‘ Cricket ‘ ! Would highly recommend DG Taxis.

Perfect service
Driver turned up 5 mins early. Waited patiently and was ready to put case in car as soon as I left the house. Really friendly chat in car. Smooth drive and helped with booking a return journey journey too.
