The crime
I really like this app. It has helped me get a better idea of how many calories and carbohydrates I take in per meal. I had no idea that green beans and popcorn had as many carbs as they do. So far, I recommend this app.
Why not say it’s a pay app from the get go? Nope.
Impressed. It’s been a great tool for me after a serious health scare. You have to stay with it for it to work but it’s been great to have and I would recommend it to anyone determined to manage their health.
Flexible enough to use for a wide range of goals. Many features, tracks EVERYTHING, works smoothy. No glitches. I have been using it for over a year. Worth every penny I spent on it. No regrets.
This is the best app on my phone. In 10 days I’ve lost 12lbs since I downloaded it. Been using the tools to track my BG, meds, carbs and total sugar. Really easy to log meals and see in real time when I’m close or about to reached my max sugar and carb intake for each meal. That enables me to make more informed decisions on what foods I eat. Just scan the nutrition label and its all there. Able to set limits on carbs and sugar for each day using my own diabetic values. You can use the meal logs from previous meals to choose fav’s. So comprehensive that I find something new in the app every day. So thankful to have found this tool to help keep me on track with my food and weight. Diabetes was the motivator to try this out and my numbers are looking very good, looking forward to my next A1C test. Thanks to the developers for this awesome app!
Each time I try to log a food item it selects the automatically selects the prior day.
• Would give 10 stars ! Nothing comes close to My Net Diary! It’s also used by professional nutritionists. • Any nutritional /type of plan can be used with this app • This is the one ….been using over 5 years and it just keeps getting better. • ONLY drawback is iOS doesn’t recognize my paid premium account from way back on Google, so I have to use Android for the premium.
It used to be the recipes were free when I first joined 6 months ago. And now it changed to a monthly subscription. Kind of a bummer.
