Excellent clinical tools

J’ai utilisé cette application en tant que résident . Il est toujours pertinent tandis que je pratique maintenant. Utile pour conduire un bon questionnaire surtout pour les symptômes peu courants et poir ne pas rater l’essentiel

Nice. It is very good for differential diagnosis.

Do not buy

Paid for the previous app version many years ago. It said buy once for unlimited access. Well the app was never updated and my subscription disappeared. Now I have to buy a new subscription… very unethical developer.

Rip-off. Don't touch this

What the heck-- if I bought this, I should be allowed to use it for as long as I like without having to repurchase the app. Unbound Medicine always was expensive, but now it's looking simply greedy. And no, I'm not biting. Can do without.

Don't buy - limited shelf life

Developers are making customers of previous version of Diagnosaurus repurchase an app they already own just to get upgrades, including iOS 7 support. Don't buy this if you want to make any sort of lasting investment as it will only be a matter of time until you'll have to repurchase it again. I spend several hundred dollars a year on medical decision support tools. I was already pretty skeptical of Unbound Medicine but will now go out of my way to avoid their products and encourage my colleagues to as well. It's unbelievable that a supposed professional medical publisher is nickle-and-diming customers over a $2 app.
