Can’t call them out of hours, that’s fine. The automated phone system tells you to book an appointment using the app. The Apple version has an option to make a booking but it goes to service area and then says call our number to make a booking! Which you can’t do as they do not answer there phones outside of their service times! Who ever developed this app needs to go back to school and learn how to do it properly! A complete waste of time! If there was a minus star option on the review I’d have chosen that’

The app doesn’t show much. It doesn’t load and you have to call and wait on hold for along time.

Tried various methods of resetting the password but haven’t been able to. Called the contact centre and they are unable to help with it.

App does not work. Won’t let you past covid. Then you’ll be on hold for 40 mins easily to book. Hard pass.

Doesn’t allow you to register, won’t let you book just keeps reminding you to call instead so really not worth the download.

I tried logging in and it wouldn’t allow me so it told me to register. Once I registered, it said I was already registered and when I went to reset the password it still failed. I tried another email to register, but it did the exact same thing.

Kept telling me I was a registered user but wouldn’t let me log in to schedule an appointment, Requested a password reset and was then notified my initial user details were wrong? Was impossible to use

Can’t make an appointment using this. What is the point of the app?

This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. The usability is horrible and it feels like they did not test it on any real customers before launching.

Can make a booking but then you can’t go back and edit any of the information or cancel the booking
