The guidelines contained in this application are designed to provide extensive, easy-to-read information regarding the dialyzability of drugs. Numerous literature sources have been used in preparing the guidelines. For many drugs, including newly-approved medications, investigational agents and medications available in other countries, there have been no dialysis pharmacokinetic studies. In some cases, the available data may conflict. Conditions of dialysis used in published studies may not reflect current dialysis practice and technology. Variations in the duration of dialysis, blood and dialysate flow rates, dialysis membranes, and whether peritoneal dialysis is continuous or intermittent, will all affect drug removal. These guidelines distinguish between conventional hemodialysis and high permeability (high-flux) hemodialysis where such data are available. No information is provided on drug dialyzability with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) or with plasmapheresis. For additional information on specific drugs, the reader should consult the primary literature.
Users of this application are referred to www.renalpharmacyconsultants.com for background and explanatory material to assist in the interpretation of the tabular data. The website provides specific information about factors that influence drug dialyzability and special considerations, such as CRRT, plasmapheresis and drugs of abuse. Users must be familiar with this information prior to using the content of this application. The website also includes a table presenting sieving coefficient data from in vitro and in vivo evaluations, which can be used to predict dosing requirements in CRRT, and a table regarding removal of drugs of abuse.

I am a dialysis RN since 2016. They have developed this app over the years. Using this since 2016 and have not encountered a single issue with it. Very good source. Quick and ease access specially when I do beside dialysis and my primary RN wants to give meds during sessions. I got is first for a free trial and then bought a subscription. A Very small price for its usefulness.
Can’t Access
I downloaded the app but was unable to purchase a subscription. I clicked the button for purchase, but the screen was blank, except for “Dialysis of Drugs”. So, I am unable to access the resource and don’t know how.
Will not open
I purchased this, but it will not let me open it, telling me my password is wrong. I try to reset it, but it doesn’t send me the email to do so.
Amendment: the company got back to me promptly after I contacted them and fixed my account. Still only three starts though since there is another app that gives me the same info for $.99 rather than 17.99/yr.
Reset password dies not Work!!!!
I want to reset my password but nothing was sent to my email to help me reset it. I already paid for the app. I want my money back .
Not worth $15.99
I bought this app a few years ago. Now they want me to rebuy for a yearly fee. I think not. Treat your customers badly, you will lose them.
Great reference tool!
I haven’t had any issues with this app.
RN
I can't open the app, message says for me to repurchase a subscription, or use a coupon code or set up an account. I already purchased a subscription for $7.99. What gives?
How do I report this scam?!?!
Asks for an annual subscription?? That's not an in-app purchase! That's scam
Cannot use at all!
App gives an Internet connection error every time it is opened, even when I am connected to the Internet and can access the Internet from other apps with absolutely no problems. Clicking 'Cancel' leads to a spinning "Loading" indicator that just spins and spins indefinitely. Completely unusable. I want my money back!
Not free! Don't bother!
The app says that it is free but requires you to buy a subscription before you can access anything. I guess I'll just stick to Google.
