Can’t find the casino

My tasks say to upgrade the casino but I do not see it. Will change my review once this is explained.

Can’t advance to next stage!! Will fix rating when technical support responds

I currently have $2 Billion in the game. It costs $1.96 billion to go to the next city. The prestige button is green for Rhea but every time I press it it makes a clicking sound and does nothing. How do I fix this?

Paid for 1.99 ads but didn’t get anything

Will change my rating if I get my no ads for 2 hours but for now it’s a 1

Never received in app purchases

The game itself is fine . However I made two in game purchases and never received my items. Reached out to support and almost a week has gone by and no response.
