Interfaz algo confusa y desfasada. No está claro el objetivo principal de la app. Por ejemplo, una de las tareas diarias que se muestra por hacer es “Ejercicio de respiración” y lo único que te dice es cómo puedes hacerlos, pero no veo cómo hacerlos o marcar esa tarea como realizada. En cualquier caso seguiré probándola a ver…

Son unos 5” de reflexión, que dejas escrito, y en mi caso documentado, jajaja? Yo ya hago hasta fotos para luego subirla👏 Cuanto bonito que agradecer…que forma más linda de mejorar día a día. Parar para hablar conmigo misma, sobre mi, sobre mi sentir…. me encanta!! Gracias por esta app, y gracias por su sencillez al usarla.

Me encanta poder dedicarme 5 minutos al día para hacer un repaso de todo lo que me ha pasado y de las cosas buenas que me rodean. Además, poder tener un espacio para reflexionar y para poder parar y respirar cuando más lo necesito, es un gran punto positivo.
