Add three entries about what went well every day. This method, also called keeping a gratitude journal, can increase your well-being for up to six months after writing your last entry.
Meditate for 5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes—without any interrupting instructions. The app provides you with a timer, where you hear a gong every 5 minutes for better orientation. That way you can fully concentrate on the essential—your meditation.
Start with simple instructions. Gratitude journaling and mindfulness meditation are both easy-to-learn techniques. The only thing you need to get better is practice. Therefore, you can always review the practice overview on the third tab to stay motivated.
Add a reminder for entries and/or meditation so that you never forget your practice.

End-to-end encryption is the most secure technology available to protect your data. If activated, nobody except you, not even the developer, can see your entries. You need to save the key at a safe location. If the key is gone, you lose access to your data.
