French Words for Kids

I went to Paris and learned my expanding French vocabulary was not much use for conversations, as my pronunciations were fundamentally flawed. This app has been great to help me learn the basics of French pronunciation, especially the vowels. Merci beaucoup !

I've tried to download this app for the past hour, and I wasn't able to. I would like to know if it's because I am located in the United States. It's tells me "unable to download"

I have used this app for over a year in my classes. It is a wonderful tool to help students pronounce the words Steph I step and to check your spelling as often as they need to! What a wonderful tool for any educator who wants to teach their child the phonetic system as well as pronunciation!

Wonderful app. Can hear the word and hear and SEE the individual sounds. Perfect for visual learners. Nicely interactive. Wish the French pronunciation was louder.

My nine-year old doesn't want to stop playing this game; he chooses it over "Crystal Portal" and his other chosen games now. This one is really designed for iPad, and the reward graphics really are cool--when I first saw them I couldn't keep my hands off them myself. He hears the words and then has to spell them out. I doubt he's learning all the new words, as he's playing at the frenetic pace of a video game, but he's already way ahead on French spelling, which is no small thing. I can't recommend this enough, even as a fun little support for adults learning the language. I just hope L'Escapadou will bring out a German version.

I know zero French but this app removes all the intimidation of trying a new language, well, some new words from a new language at least. The graphics looks cute and is probably designed for kids. But the app is definitely appropriate for adults too. Great job.

Impossible de télécharger l’application sur la tablette de ma fille alors que je l’ai acheter sur mon téléphone. Très déçu car elle ne peu apprendre que lorsque je peut lui donner mon téléphone.

Vraiment une application excellente. Pour une idée d’évolution : permettre à l’adulte de cibler et choisir les mots (par exemple correspondants aux dictées Montessori physiques (bec, sel, ver...) Merci pour vos applis dont je suis une adepte depuis longtemps !

Application probablement sympathique. En revanche, politique de développeur plutôt douteuse… j’ai procédé à l’achat de cette appli depuis mon compte iCloud et je souhaitais que mon fils puisse s’en servir sur son iPad. Hors l’achat n’apparaît pas dans le partage familiale alors qu’il est marqué dans le descriptif de l’application que c’est possible : résultat 5€ jeté à la poubelle Pour le moment je mets 1 étoile, je modifierai ma note en cas d’une mise à jour de l’application pour que je puisse utiliser mon achat
