Review
It is good but it every time I use it it always lags.
Update completely broke search
Now, every time I try to search for a word, it says 'no results found'. Uninstalling & reinstalling do not fix the issue.
No results for some words
This app has been useful as a free app for many years until recently when I was trying to check if there's any additional meaning to the word "recluse", it just showed "No results found for (recluse)". The same goes to other words which I tried to search. These are not even newly invented words!

excellent and convenient
Useful but limited
I use the dictionary app a lot and it’s been very useful. The only draw back I find is that it can only be used when my mobile phone is online. I recalled it used to be available even when it’s off line. I hope the offline feature can be made available again.
The best iOS dictionary
What can I say - Dictionary.com is definitely the best one for mobile devices, with its huge variety of words and detailed explanations… We working people can’t be lugging a physical dictionary when out and about, which is where this app comes in really handy if we encounter an unfamiliar word and want to know what it’s all about… Not forgetting the Thesaurus and Learners mode that is included in the free app, as well as paid subscription to Examples and a Rhyming dictionary!
