THIS APP DOES NOT WORK!
Thank You Didi app
Didi is Just the best! I cannot imagine life in China without it. It detects your location, you just have to know where you are going. The app is in English, the drivers are Chinese but the app translates for them. You just have to hop in and say Nihao and you are driven to your destination. It really appreciate Didi, it makes life a breeze for foreigners living in China.
Problems hailing after midnight
The English version has left me stranded on two occasions after midnight. Works just fine during the day. My friends who use the Chinese version managed to get rides at the exact same location for the same type of ride. Please fix this. I’m currently in Foshan
Home button gone
Why have you removed the home button, so that your home address automatically selects?
Love it
Didi never disappoints. Now that I’m in Foshan it’s a lot cheaper too!
Over Charge
The drivers take advantage of the foreigners by taking longer routes, thus adding Kilometers and upping the price. They ignore the suggest route given by Didi. Today I was overcharged with 140 RMB from my original fare. Disgusted to say the least!

客服也不处理……总之别打，太耽误事了！！！！无故取消，并且我已经到达车位置，都摸着门了，司机开走了，也不知道安的什么心，社会的肿瘤
滴滴和其他平台合作推行的第三方服务，司机素质很差，把物品私自拿走拒不归还，并且找不到投诉入口，给滴滴打投诉电话打不出去，给哈罗快车打电话哈罗快车说找不到订单，消费者权益得不到保障
