Dig Deeper

Learn to name your emotions

Published by: Harry Brown

Description

Dig Deeper is designed to help you learn to name your emotions. Identifying your emotions is a fundamental skill to learn toward taking control of your mental state and learning to be more present with yourself. Dig Deeper uses the Feelings Wheel to help you expand your vocabulary.
By simplifying the Feelings Wheel, Dig Deeper allows you to describe how you're feeling better than just saying you are 'sad' or that you feel 'bad'. Start with a base emotion such as 'Angry' or 'Happy' and then dig deeper into that emotion until you can better identify the emotion you are feeling.
Increase the awareness you have of yourself and your emotions by noting why you felt the emotion in that moment and record a history for you to reflect on as you go through this journey.
