Not able to access anything after app purchases

Worst app ever I find , not sure how Apple support allowing this app where they have great ethics and rules to approve app , Apple should refund our money and block such app

WORST EXPERIENCE

I subscribed on Aug 22nd for Rs 89/-. Since then I’m unable to view any videos. When I click on a video, All I get is a message that says “you need a valid subscription and to subscribe “ How many times should I subscribe. I’ve sent query through the apps contact us screen. I haven’t got a response for more than 10 years. At this point I’d like to get my 89 rs back, as soon as possible.
