Issue with OTP Entry in Digibop App for iPhone
I am experiencing a recurring issue with the Digibop app on my iPhone. Specifically, I am unable to enter the OTP (One-Time Password) that I receive. Although the OTP is sent to me correctly, the app does not allow me to type in the OTP properly. When I attempt to enter the OTP, the app fails to accept or recognize the input. This issue persists despite multiple attempts to resolve it, including reinstalling the app several times. Unfortunately, none of these efforts have been successful, and I am unable to proceed with necessary transactions because of this problem. This is a critical functionality, and it is frustrating that it does not work as expected. Please address this issue as soon as possible to ensure that users can reliably access and use the app without hindrance.
