I find this app fantastic I just wouldn’t sleep without it. I have a few pill but mostly at the moment use sleep deeply but I was in hospital recently and used power nap I have every faith and confidence in this app of course Brian Colbert is a genius and Co founder of Irish institute of NLP with Owen Fitzpatrick check them out NLP has changed my life for sure 👌👌👌
Very good apps
I purchased first trail version, then I had tried twice and his voice and music brought me to a very deep level of hypnosis, amazing thing I fell asleep and woke up when he was counting to 5, so obviously I was not really asleep. I decided to go for a full version ( 19,98 ) I think annually and I absolutely loving it so far. Very deep clear voice, beautiful music , just put on your headphone and enjoy. Trust me you will never regret you have purchased a full version as it will unlock to a many things. I have been using only few days but I am already start feeling lot better about myself and my anxiety.
Soothing deep Irish voice
Its a great app, his deep irish voice is so important as it makes you follow him all the way into yourself. if you find yourself distracted then you just need to keep trying, dont give up. His pronunciation is not important just keep following him. This app has been a big success for me.
Definitely Helps
I suffer terribly with depression, anxiety and insomnia, I found it took me a while to grasp this app but once I concentrated on his voice at the beginning instead of random negative thoughts they moved to positive and I'd eventually drift off. Sometimes, I'd have to replay it though, it's effectiveness for me grew the more I listened to it
Absolutely terrible
The background music is horrific, it overpowers the actual mediation itself. That and the weird noises, random echo like voices in he background make this one of the worst meditations I've ever heard. What a waste of money. I would give this zero stars if I could.
Works for me
Always had trouble sleeping. I'm usually asleep before it's finished. Suffered with bouts of insomnia for years so I know all about being tired & still not being able to nod off. His voice is very hypnotic & the music in the background is spot on. 👍
Digipill
A good app that helps me relax and take a break or a nap during the day. I always feel refreshed after listening to one of the pills.
Great voice
Took this app for the sleep/relaxation aspect - tried several others, can honestly say this one worked for me, the narrators voice is very distinct.
