Wasted my half day uploading photos and pics and after all the hard work they rejected the inspection by staying images are blur. Would never purchase godigit insurance ever in my life .

Nothing is good about this app
There is no fast forward while watching video tutorial, Getting stuck in between multiple time due to app freezing. Thank you for wasting my time. Never opting for godigit again
Pathetic app, worst camera integration
This is the worst app in this digital world. Being a product person myself this is the worst app I have ever used or even seen in the market. The development team should resign immediately and look for alternative career. Specially the product person who envisioned and agreed to the deployment of the most buggy application

Multiple times videos and photos uploaded successfully but application closed suddenly at the final process.
Disgusting
Never saw an app this useless,even a college going intern can design better app than this. This app is designed to torture digit customers. Hours of time is wasted but u can’t upload the images.

It will make you watch the video to proved and only not to upload the video .. wasted almost one hour shooting the video 9 times and it failed all 9 times ..
User unfriendly
App is designed to “fail”. Hours wasted on trying to record a video and upload for verification - and to no avail! Video recording crashes randomly at 85-90% completion stage. Worst part is you can not start recording the video without watching (every time!) the most uninspiring, boring and monotone instruction video that lasts several minutes. Then the recording crashes randomly. Eventually you get to upload but can not see the video you recorded! An email drops in your mailbox in a few mnts to say “video rejected due to vehicle identification issues”. Clearly Digit has no interest in this business and should just deprecate this App.
The worst app of the decade
I can say it undoubtedly that this is one of the worst app you will find on App Store either it is developed by some novices or a bunch of smart guys to scam the customers
