Easy to do appointments and made my own schedule.

This app is trash. It says i have an account already but won’t let me sign in. Just terrible!!!!

This app worked great for one month. Now it only lists two appointment types: Nail Clippings and Anal Gland Extractions. I just need a vaccine. Sort of useless at this point.

I have to say how wonderful everyone at this office is. From the front desk staff, who go over and above to help you with your needs to the technician who provide gentle and efficient service to Dr Maggie who is so kind and patient to getting on the floor to meet Mya’s needs. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond with Mya’s needs. Thank you everyone for excellent service and care. Sincerely Theresa Fisher

Can't even get passed the initial log in stage of entering my email. So useless!

The keep freezing and is not opening.

I just changed vets for my 7 y.o dog, and the new vet is super transparent by sharing all visit notes and blood work on this app. It’s really easy to track every recommendation she has made and I’m able to schedule future appointments. If I forgot to ask something I can contact the clinic via chat and I can get answers right away. I really like the way this vet connects with her clients, beyond the walls of the clinic.

Can’t access any records for my dog. No help menus, vague instructions, etc etc

I have to delete the app and then download it again just to get it to work. It constantly freezes to a white page.
