Digital Rupee by UBI

Really , I never expected that this app would be so bad. Twice my money was debited but the merchant never got it and I had to pay cash. First time they refunded it. Another transaction of Rs.305/- is still pending. Very poor service. Today they said that as my transaction was a successful one, my claim has to go for arbitration and I have to pay Rs.509/- as fees. Just imagine, for Rs.305/- refund I have to pay Rs.590/-. Instead I am just removing that App

Always gets timed out at Smart Bazaar. Money debited but merchant doesn’t get it due to time out. Happened to not one occasion but three times. Developer to please look into this

Not at all logging in. The app shows Please upgrade but no update is available. Rectify or just close the app.
