Always there is an issue to load the home screen. Keep showing the intro animation even if my network is good. Frustrating

App new look is very good.but i am Unable to pay parking it gives error
Fail to provide service
Paying parking payments > Something went wrong. This apps not useful. Wasting time.
Customer experience is definitely not the goal
First of all logging into the app can only be done via UAE PASS. I lost of how many screens appear and how many times my face print is read to get to Digital Sharjah. Second, sometimes the screens fail to populate after logging into the app. No services appear
Worst app
I installed to subscribe parking and I top uped balance 500 Aed So I can subscribe 3 months but when you proceed you will never get OTP I’m stuck Sharjah app is just like Sharjah roads no improvement
