Why is the game getting stuck all day ??

False ad

I connected my account to FB in the hopes of receiving Gems as mentioned, however, I did not receive any gems! Even after completing surveys, no gems were given.

Rewards have not been rewarded

Second Review: I still did not receive my reward earlier from Minnie’s Cafe Truck and the latest Shiver in Timber which have been completed earlier today… so frustrating, it was not like this before. Those challenges have been completed but rewards have not been given. Kindly do something about this. First Review: This month’s event, I won 2 Cafe Trucks - Shakes and Minnie’s but until now I did not receive these rewards where I ended up as 1st placer on both. Until Grandma’s event is back and now finished and it is Shake’s Cafe Truck event again but until now these rewards have not been awarded. I am enjoying this game but kinda frustrating at this moment. I even spent all of my gems just to be on the top and get the rewards…. But there are no rewards.

Such a great entertaining game. It’s control buttons are very easy to use it’s very well instructed and I find no difficulty to access whatever I want in the game! Gems are offered very often and money is collected very easily it’s very lean and family friendly!

Game crashing

The game seems to be crashing repeatedly since the latest update and I’ve lost hours of gameplay, bonuses etc

No free gems after connecting it to my email account 😑

Poor update

I didn’t get gems for survive so far for past 10 days I did also 24hrs supply didn’t get activated when I got. Lots of error .
