Diner Out: Merge Cafe NETFLIX

Many apps I get the only way to play is to put in your own money. This game or an absolute joy WITHOUT putting money into it. I do hope it stays that way as it’s my go to app these days.

Developed fixed the recent bug, and the game is very fun :)

Kinda fun until you get into a mode where it makes you wait for resources. It takes about ten minutes of game play and then you need to wait a couple of hours for you resources to refresh. There appears to be a way around this, but the link that should take you to the place where you can get more resources instead takes you to the main game play area. Very weird

Recent update fixed the cookie jar issue! But it still didn’t fix the gift box issue. gift boxes I have won in the past and the few that I bought still are hung up somewhere. I spend 150 on a prize box after the update to test it out but I’m still not able to access them :(

I get that this game is free to play for netflix users, but if you put a product out there, it’s reasonable to at least fix the bugs that are making the game unplayable. I’ve contacted support like everyone else and got no response, and the lastest update was a month ago. At the minimum please fix the upper right reward box and the purple gift box that does not show up after we complete a side quest.

There is not enough storage, not enough seasons, and not enough levels. Fix this please, the game is very fun.

I’ve had a reward on the right ready to collect for several days and it won’t let me collect it.

Bonus containers do not open and no email response from developers on their help website since their chat logs disappear. I truly enjoy the game but I am disappointed in receiving zero feedback from multiple submitted tickets. Below is one of multiple messages sent on their support page with no response. I have sent multiple tickets in regard to bonus containers not granting rewards and only the reach certain level rewards are working. I have left this page open to receive follow up information the chat disappears even though the page is kept open. Please advise me via email on how to resolve this.

I am not able to collect reward on the top right - it appears as available for collection and game indicates ready but does not give me reward when I attempt to collect

As I get higher up in the levels, I can only play for 10 minutes before I run out of XP. I have looked online in the Help menu, on Reddit, and within the game itself, and I cannot figure out a way to be able to play longer. I have plenty of cash and coins, but I run out of XP very very quickly.
