They took star from me saying I don’t watch enough video , and they don’t give video to watch and they say I don’t check in I always check in and I’m even gold member they should at least keep my nomber forever without texting or calling every week no respect for loyal users
For months now, My phone does not ring or buzz when I receive Dingtone calls and messages. So I miss all calls and messages Customer service is virtually non existent. Horrible
I ordered three number, but can’t verify with WhatsApp. I lost $100
Nice!
I was hoping that Dingtone would provide affordable communication access with texts installed on older wifi cellphones like iPhone 6, but found the free version to accumulate points for actual phones calls to be not only a waste of time but would just make me more available for telemarketers and advertising revenue and quite likely phone scammers! In the last week, I have 6 unknown phone calls with no answer message even though I just enabled this iPhone 6 with a new SIM card 2 weeks ago! It might be my cell phone provider giving me someone else’s discontinued phone number that previously had been linked to telemarketers and phone scammers phone list?! But I think that re- using cell phone numbers is a problem in both cases! I hope you would consider screening out specific phone numbers to protect your customers!
After trying 2 calls I am told I have done to many calls after not getting through once! Garbage app and will ask for refund
I’m trying to verify my email address on my other device and the email I received from DingTone is not https:// meaning it’s not secure. So if I click through anyways after the warning, it tells me it cannot be displayed and tells me to copy and paste the link into my browser. The link in the email doesn’t work and I still get the same warning through the browser. I have tried clicking the link again and at the top of the browser it says email successfully validated. I can’t sign in with the email it says Error: Do you really have a DingTone Account because your email address is not linked to any DingTone Account. I tried my billing email address which isn’t the one i signed up with and it gave me the same error message. The one I signed up with said it’s not associated with any devices. It won’t let me sign in with the phone number because I used an email address when signing up. DingTone has already charged my credit card / PayPal account and I want a refund. I can’t receive a text message which is the whole reason I got a DingTone account and paid for the week or month or whatever it was. What is wrong with your app?
Get Free Credits doesn’t work on iPhone 14
Nice UI. prompt CS. Bit room for growth in resolution and communication.
