Dinnerly: Meal Kit

Thinoa the second time Inorder from Dinnerlu. The first time they gave me a box with ingredients about to expire. Despite that, I decided yo give them a second chance. They left the food outside the building at 5am and when I went to check the food was gone!! Someone had stolen it, and despite hacing the evidence (video) they don’t want to take responsability for their terrible delivery service.

I have no idea if these meals are good or not. Dinnerly are apparently too cheap to print out the recipe, and the website won’t log me in to download the recipes on my device… That is strikes one and two, Dinnerly. If these meals are great, you lost a customer

Seriously 2 weeks in a row they have sent it to wrong address how can this happen are your drivers drunk or on drugs this is what happens when you hire idiots to drive now my kids and I have to struggle for another week as we used our money on this trashy service never again if I could give it less then 1 star I would. HDS is a terrible delivery company and shouldn’t be in business there drivers are incompetent. I expect compensation for both weeks missed or I’ll contact my lawyer and see where I stand as this has put me and my family under to much stress for such a basic service -5/5 service

I hate cooking, I hate cleaning the mess, when I cook the kitchen explodes. Everyone knows I suck at cooking. However for the last month and something I’ve been getting these boxes, I’m astonished about it! It’s crazy how good the meals are! My partner repeats! He’s all over the moon and I am soo quick with it I have time to clean my little mess because is just a little mess! Never in my life I imagine such a great app. I love it!

It has been FOUR times in a row now that I did not receive my boxes. The first box was left outside another building when my building number was clearly stated, left UNDER THE SUN (check photos). When I went to check the box, it’s gone. It was clearly noted (check the photos) to leave the box inside the building. All the residents’ parcels are left by all other delivery guys inside the building (check photos) but dinnerly drivers continuously leave them outside. They lie saying they rang the intercom, they never did. I work from home the whole day. Whenever I come down to get the box, it’s gone. And today, the driver took a photo of my box in a living room I don’t know whose (check photos). When you call them, all they will say is they cannot deliver another box anymore and you have to wait for the next week and the next box is free. How can it be free if it doesn’t come?

Start cooking button no longer works removing the feature of keeping phone display on been like this since last update

Since the last update, the app won’t allow me to open the “start cooking” instructions only the “cooking steps” This doesn’t allow the screen to stay open while following the recipe. It’s just annoying having to tap the screen every couple of minutes to stop the phone from locking.

We have tried many of these meal boxes, but the ease of recipes and app with recipe cards made this our ongoing one. However, in the last few weeks, we’ve noticed that the app is not working as well? We used to use the ‘start cooking’ link, which gave an easy overview of steps needed. This link no longer works? We can still see and follow the recipes, but we loved the other view. Can you please fix?

The ‘start cooking’ button doesn’t work. Super annoying
