2FA DOES NOT WORK
As the title says, 2FA on this app does not function. I have yet to receive a code for any of the dozens of login attempts. Fix it
Register is easy…?
If this were true I would have been able to enter, dine and get my points. I clicked on the “Register” button> created a profile> tried, tried, tried to log-in using the UN & PW I created and fail fail fail!! I followed Dinova’s tech support advice and un & re-installed the app>> same result. Why did the DTMO/DOD partner with a technically challenged company??
Want to use the app. It won’t let me.
I was able to put in my username and password. That was it. Tried to do “one more step” to register my card - impossible! I am taken to a page where it asks for my company name and then two blank required boxes which do not show what I have to enter to get past the page. If I try to skip those boxes the app highlights them and it says “You must enter your”. Must enter my what? I tried. The app does not want people to use it.
Fix this, please!
I just downloaded this app but every time I try to close out the COVID message by clicking on the small x at top right corner, it. Closes the entire app instead, which is very annoying.
Impossible to Register
Registration is not “quick and easy” as they claim. I’ve tried setting up an account three times already and each time I get an error message that something is wrong. However, unlike every other registration page this one doesn’t tell you what’s wrong so you can fix it. Every check mark is green!

Love using this app whenever I travel for work. Super easy to use and great at tracking myDinova points each time I dine in-network. 💙

This app is great! Takes all the guess work out of finding a preferred restaurant near me. The ability to search for a specific craving and see menus makes this an all-in-one solution!

Great app to help find restaurants while traveling. I love earning points for dining with Dinova. I order a lot of take out for client visits/lunches and it’s great to be rewarded with restaurant gift cards!
