App crushes after payment
App works till payment over App Store . After crushes anytime open it. Customer service doesn’t answer to me about this problem. How to get back my money ?

The free Direct Wonen app enables all users that have an account on directwonen.nl to enjoy the most important functionality of the website, on their smartphone. With the app you can see new houses, search through all listings and send landlords of offered houses a direct message. Of course you can also see the replies of the landlords to your direct message and make it easy for yourself to find a house.
• Search by location (Map and current GPS location).
• See all available houses.
• Save your favorites.
• Direct Message the Landlord (for free) if you are interested.
• Full messaging system.
• Synchronized profile between web and app.
• The app detects your phone language and bases the app language (Dutch / English) on that language.
This app also have three "In App Purchases" which are as follows:
1) 1 Week - 4.99 €
2) 1 Month - 14.99 €
3) 3 Months - 29.99 €
About "In App Purchase":
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of subscription period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Current subscription will not be cancelled during the active period of the subscription; however, you can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes account settings after purchase.
It includes a list of services, such as:
Unlimited response to all the housing supply
3 days earlier access to the latest housing offer
Personalize your account and stand out from the landlord.
Rules, Policies, and controls to avoid use of objectionable and intolerable content in the app:
1. In-detail guidelines and consequences of the use of objectionable or intolerance user-generated content are mentioned in the terms and conditions as well as in support & contact page:
