I’m pretty new to the sport and started in 2020. I’m HOOKED to this game… I didn’t know any other disc golfers in my area and I would usually walk up to the first tee and ask random groups if I could join. Some said yes, but others were like, “nah.” Then I found this app and I thought “this is a really cool idea!” So I downloaded it and within minutes created a profile, verified my email address, and I was in. Immediately, I saw that there was a request in my area (Denver, CO)! I joined the request and met the guys at the course a couple days later. The guys I met up with were super chill and we had a great round. I like how I can get app notifications when my buddies/friends in the app are playing and when a request has been created at a favorite course. Also, if you’re a Discord user there’s a server you can join and be part of chat rooms in your state and talk all things disc golf, or just random stuff. People have been pretty chill on there. If you wanna play with other like-minded disc golfers, then just download the app!
I’m new to the sport and often find myself playing solo rounds. This app helps me meet new people interested in disc golf! Love it.
